  12. Go to your comm window (using whichever comm pkg you have and type-
  13. ats11=50 and hit return.(the quickest you can tell your modem to dial, if it adheres
  14. to Hayes standards, is 45)
  15. If you want to keep this setting type in at&w and hit return. This writes
  16. the instruction to register 0.

  18. If this is the profile you wish to use when powering up, type in at&y and
  19. hit return. This tells the modem to look at profile 0 and use it whenever
  20. power up occurs.
