- Go to your comm window (using whichever comm pkg you have and type-
- ats11=50 and hit return.(the quickest you can tell your modem to dial, if it adheres
- to Hayes standards, is 45)
- If you want to keep this setting type in at&w and hit return. This writes
- the instruction to register 0.

- If this is the profile you wish to use when powering up, type in at&y and
- hit return. This tells the modem to look at profile 0 and use it whenever
- power up occurs.
